Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

For items returned that are customized and filled as you ordered it, there will be a 20% restocking fee and return shipping will not be refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Processing Time / Shipping

Our processing time is 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

We offer free shipping inside the USA. We ship using USPS and will always add tracking and insurance to ensure that you receive your package. We can not guarantee a time allotment for packages sent first class. Please upgrade to Priority or Express at checkout if you need your items by a certain date. Upgrading shipping does not change the processing time. It only lessens the time for postal delivery. 

Please double check the address you give before purchasing as we cannot change the address on the label after you pay for the item.
